The Standing Arrangement Conversation

Before we accept an account, your relationship manager meets you in person — at Airport City, or at your office, or wherever you conduct conversations of this register. We discuss your callers, your principal's day, your house's tone, and the particular matters that distinguish your standing arrangement from anyone else's. This conversation typically takes ninety minutes. It is not a sales meeting; it is the foundation of our work together.

Bespoke Protocol Authorship

Your relationship manager drafts your house protocol — fifteen to forty pages depending on the complexity of your standing arrangement. Greeting, escalation tree, principal's preferences, caller registry, language register, confidentiality boundary, monthly review cadence. You review, edit, and approve in writing before any agent reads a word of it.

Agent Training & Standing-Arrangement Activation

Two to three named agents are assigned to your account and trained on your protocol over two weeks — not in a classroom but with your relationship manager, in dialogue, with role-play covering the full range of callers your house receives. On Day 14 we activate your line. The first call goes to your relationship manager's desk, with the assigned agent listening. From Day 15, the house is yours.
