Elite Answer Ghana was founded on 15 August 2020 in a single room on Level 14 of Airport City, Accra. We are there still — by choice.
Before Elite, Ghana's premium call answering landscape offered principals two unsatisfactory choices. One was an offshore service, branded in English but voiced from thousands of kilometres away, where a Ghanaian caller would be asked to spell the name of a familiar street. The other was a local service of warmth but of limited discretion — the kind of arrangement where one's personal matters might be heard over tea in a different office a week later.
Our founder opened Level 14 in August 2020 with four agents, three standing invitations, and one firm rule: every engagement begins with a conversation between principals, and every call ends with the principal's standard satisfied. The rule has held, and the room has not needed to grow.
Call centres measure minutes; houses measure relationships. We answer your calls the way an old-world hotel concierge answers the front desk — with the particular combination of warmth and competence that only comes from knowing exactly who is calling, and why.
We have no client logo wall. We have no case studies with identifiable parties. We have never, in five years, published a quote from a principal that could be traced back to the speaker. Our clients know this before they sign, and it is the single reason many of them signed.
Every engagement has named agents. When a client calls, they hear the same voice they heard the first day. When a caller to your office has been a caller for three years, they recognise the agent who remembers their wife's name. This is not technology — it is staffing policy.
Your calls are taken in Ghana, by Ghanaians, on equipment Ghana-owned and Ghana-resident. Your data does not leave our jurisdiction. This is a deliberate commercial choice — it costs us more; it is worth more to the clients who matter.
Scale is the enemy of service. We will not accept an engagement we cannot honour to the standard that earned us four Top 3 Ghana Golds. If our seats are full, we will say so, and we will offer to place you on a waiting list that is itself vetted.
Our clients sit in the seats that carry the weight of Ghanaian business: executive chairmen of publicly-listed Ghanaian groups, managing partners of top-tier law chambers, heads of mission at diplomatic posts, principals of family offices serving Ghanaian and diaspora wealth, private medical practitioners caring for senior public figures, founders of boutique hotel and hospitality groups, and wealth managers whose clients would prefer their affairs remain private.
We also serve the diaspora — the Ghanaian executive abroad, the diaspora investor buying land remotely, the international business establishing a Ghanaian presence without staff on the ground. For them, we are the trusted Accra office they do not yet have.
Level 14, Airport City, Accra. A single 180-square-metre suite laid out as a reading room would be: polished walnut, brass lamps, acoustic separation between stations, no open-plan hubbub. Visitors are welcome, by appointment, and are received in our principal's study at the eastern end of the floor.
Our primary line is +233 302 000 100. Our secondary line is +233 302 000 200. Our chairman's office may be reached at [email protected]. For all other enquiries, [email protected] or our request for introduction form.
When you are ready to speak, we will be ready to listen. An introduction begins with a quiet conversation between principals — no forms to fill, no queues to wait in.
