Engagements we have taken..

What follows are characterisations — not attributions. In every engagement below, the client has consented to the scenario being described in anonymised form. Nothing here identifies any party, any matter, or any call. It is enough to know that the work was done.

— Engagement I.

A top-tier law chambers

A managing partner, serving mid-cap corporates and HNW individuals across Ghana and the diaspora. Brief: intake clients at the partner's standard, screen out time-wasters, and never — ever — let a client in a matter feel they have been routed. Five years in. Our principal agent has taken more than 18,000 of his calls without a single identified misstep.

— Engagement II.

A diplomatic mission

After-hours consular watch for a mission in Cantonments. Citizens of the mission's country in distress in Ghana must reach a duty officer within five minutes, at any hour, on any day. Briefed on consular protocol, triaging emergency from advisory. Three years of unbroken service-level compliance.

— Engagement III.

A family office

A diaspora principal managing family wealth across Ghana, the UK and Canada, with two operating companies and a foundation. Three brand lines; bilingual handling; calendar concierge; wire-transfer verification protocol agreed in writing with the principal's bankers. Year four of engagement.

— Engagement IV.

A private medical practice

A consultant physician with a private patient list that includes senior public figures. Calls are triaged by urgency and subject, confidentiality is absolute, and appointments are booked into the practice's system without details retained by our records beyond 48 hours, by written protocol.

— Engagement V.

A boutique hospitality group

Two luxury lodges (Aburi Hills, Volta Region) sharing a single reservations line answered in English or French. Guest questions on excursions, dietary particulars, airport transfers, and spa bookings handled live; no guest call routed to voicemail in 36 months.

— Engagement VI.

A private equity principal

Accra-based, with investors across North America and Europe. Our brief: shield the principal from deal-flow noise, intercept LP communications, schedule calls to his Americas-hours window, and reach him within 90 seconds when an LP requires attention. In two years we have reached him 47 times at the 90-second standard; we have missed the standard twice, and both failures were audited openly with him in the following review.

References available privately

To a serious principal, upon request.

Clients who have consented to act as references do so to a small number of serious enquiring principals each year. Our Chairman's office handles the introduction personally.

Discretion is the house style.
So is answering every call.

When you are ready to speak, we will be ready to listen. An introduction begins with a quiet conversation between principals — no forms to fill, no queues to wait in.
